Return Procedure
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase in any way, just complete our easy online returns process.
You have 14 days to return items they must be in their original packaging and condition.
Return your items FREE by taking them to our return locations. If your order qualified for Free delivery then we will pickup free of charge.
If your order was under $50 we can collect from your home, by arrangement for a small $5 fee.
Step 1
Click the return request button in the top menu and fill out the form.
Choose a FREE return location: Fill out the form below choosing an exchange location and a drop off date for the items to be returned.
If you had qualified for free delivery you get free returns. We will email you to arrange a time for collection.
Step 2
You will receive a confirmation email containing your return number write this onto the packing slip included with the order.
Mark the items you wish to return along with the reason and the return code.
Step 3
Pack the items in its original packaging, include the packing slip and seal it.
Arrange with us via email a time and confirm the return location details via email.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Sale items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- We only refund clothing and accessories; we do not accept returns on skin care products or sunscreen due to reasons of hygiene.
- The Items must be in a unworn resalable condition with the original labels in tact and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item not in a suitable condition.
- If you are using our free return drop off point service and you do not drop off your parcel at the allotted time, and subsequently miss the 14 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

National Sports Stadium:
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday early am, in the car park, by arrangement via return form.
Every weekday at 9.00-10.30am, poolside, by arrangement via return form.
Sunday 10-11.30am, poolside, by arrangement via return form.
MAMA Event:
Monday am we can pick up from Warwick playgroup at an arranged time.
Tuesday pm pickup from Windreach at an arranged time.
Thursday am pickup can be arranged from Pembroke playgroup at BUEI at an arranged time.
Friday am pickup can be arranged from Smiths playgroup an arranged time.
MAMA special events, e.g. Car Boot sale by arrangement via return form.
If your order qualified for Free home delivery then you qualify for Free return service.
If your order was less than $50 Pickup from home can be arranged at a time agreed by both parties for a small fee of $5, Use the return form below. Or simply drop off at a Free exchange location by prior arrangement using the returns form.
The fee will be payable for the $5 pickup charge in advance on the website click button below.
