Soltrino’s products and services are provided by Soltrino Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Soltrino’s website, products, and services (“Products”). Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By accessing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms detailed below.

Here at Soltrino Ltd we take your privacy very seriously. Looking after your personal data is very important to us.

 

  • Soltrino Ltd are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018
  • We will never sell your details on to any other companies and we have processes in place to keep your information as secure as possible.
  • Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
  • If we make changes to this notice we will notify you by updating it on our website. Should you need to contact us please email info@soltrino.com or call 441-707-7658. This privacy notice will take effect from the 25th May 2018.

  • If you subscribe to our newsletters then you can at any time unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
  • We do not store ANY credit or debit card information anywhere on our site, This information is encrypted so we can never see the card information.
  • We encrypt certain sensitive information (such as credit card information) using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted.
  • We only sell and deliver our products to Bermudian Addresses, we do not deliver to addresses off the mainland. (we don’t have a boat!)
  • If your order is received by 1pm then you will receive your delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Free delivery for purchases totalling $50 dollars and above. Delivery within 5 business days.
  • Deliveries totalling under $50 are subject to a $5 charge. Delivery within 5 business days.
  • If you are using free collection points the delivery dates are arranged via email with customer, delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • If goods are not collected from free collection points within a 2 week period a refund is issued minus a restocking fee of 10% of purchase.
  • If goods are delivered to your home we will contact you prior to book a suitable time and if no safe space is specified, we will attempt delivery once before issuing a refund minus a restocking fee of 10% of purchase and delivery charge of $5, even if your order qualified for free delivery.
  • You have 14 days after the delivery date to return Full Priced unwanted items.
  • You have 7 days after delivery to return Sale unwanted items.
  • For pre-orders a store credit will be issued as a refund.
  • We only refund clothing and accessories; we do not accept returns on skin care products or sunscreen due to reasons of hygiene.
  • If the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
  • If you are using our free return drop off point service and you do not drop off your parcel at the allotted time, and subsequently miss the 14 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Your refund will be issued within the next few days after we receive the returned goods, through the same means of payment used during the purchase.
  • Refund time frames depend on the bank and not on Soltrino Ltd.
  • Please use the return process to send unwanted or defective items back. If defective please use comments section and we will contact you regarding a replacement.
  • If you need to exchange for a different size please use the return process (link) and we will exchange for a different size if we have it in stock. If not we will refund your purchases, please see refund T&C.
  • We do not ship items until the payment has cleared.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa and Debit cards, we do not accept American Express.
  • Payment using Bermudian dollar issued cards will be processed without incurring fees or conversion rates.
  • Payment using US dollar issued cards will be processed without incurring fees or conversion rates.
  • Pre-orders payment must be received in advance.
  • If for some reason the exact product you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you and issue a full refund.
  • If the items do not fit or you don’t like them, then you can return them according to our return policy.
  • For pre-order you will receive a store credit unless item is faulty.
  • We will give you an estimate of arrival for your items, but this may be subject to change due to reasons out of our control. e.g. shipping, weather, or customs.
  • Any changes in estimated delivery date we will inform you via email.
